COVID-19 UPDATE
In line with government advice, we will be following the current guidelines when completing work in your home/office:
-
We will need confirmation if any of the people in the household/office have had any symptoms 24 hours before the work is required.
-
We can not carry out work in a household which is isolating, unless it is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household.
-
If working in a household where somebody is clinically vulnerable, prior arrangements need to be made to avoid any face-to-face contact.
-
We will need to practice social distancing on all jobs. We ask that the rooms we are working in be clean and vacant of people, and will need to have a minimum of 2 meters between us and other people in the house/office at all times.
-
We will require access to handwashing facilities, if this is not possible, we will be carrying hand sanitiser.
-
If we cannot practice these or we feel unsafe on any job we will cancel the visit and will bill for our time plus any time sourcing materials - minimum 1-hour.
-
We won't be using public transport, we will arrive by van and will require parking.
-
We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and all staff have been trained to manage transmission risk, including handwashing, hygiene and social distancing.
